Join Us For Our 20 Year Anniversary Celebration |

 The COGWC is celebrating their 20 Year Anniversary this year! The theme for our celebration is "Catch the Vision!" May 31 and June 1, 2008, have been set aside in recognition of this great honor! The festivities will begin at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, May 31, which will include good food, fun games, inflatables for the children, and a friendly afternoon softball game (for those who are still able to run!). There will be a special speaker during the Sunday Morning Worship Service on June 1, with a glorious meal to follow! To find out more, please call the Church at 606-599-9832. Hope to see you there!

We provide delivery for the noon meal each Friday. Each meal is $6.00 and includes a desert and soft drink. To order a delivery, please contact the church at 599-9832. The evening meal will end at approximately 6:00 p.m. You may eat in the Dining Room at the Church, or carry out. |

God's Goal For Our Church |

 On Sunday, October 28, Pastor Burns revealed God's plan for the Church of God Worship Center. A plan that God has been speaking to our Pastor about for the past eight months and recently confirmed by the Holy Spirit.
It is a bold, God-sized plan which will be accomplished only through faithful obedience, sacrafice, and trust in God.
God's plan calls for the church building to be paid in full by the end of 2008. This would be accomplished through 200 people pledging to give a sacrificial offering of $2000 each by the end of next year. This would amount to $400,000.00 which is the remaining principal balance on the building purchase.
We now have pledged offerings equal to 21% of this goal. We are praising the Lord for this promise and for His mighty works!
